After your order is finalized, there will be a 3 day grace period in which you can make changes. After those 3 days, there will be a $45 fee for any changes.

If you decide to cancel 3 days after your order has been finalized, you will be charged 20% for any item(s) being canceled. Custom pieces cannot be canceled.

For an upcharge of 20% per item, we are capable of prioritizing orders and completing standard unfinished items in 7-10 working days. (This does not apply to customized pieces).
